Booking a caricature artist for your event means your guests will be entertained and have a unique personalized souvenir.
Booking an Event
Avoid disappointment by contacting Awe well in advance of your event. Review our Rates and phone us at 204.885.0433 or email info@aweart.ca. We will send you an Event Booking Form for you to complete.
Rates
TRAVEL TIME RATE: Travel time is $0.50 per kilometer ($50 per 100 km or approximately 1 hour travel time) for rural events beyond 20 kilometre radius of Winnipeg (see map).
LAMINATING SERVICE: Laminating of every caricature included in our hourly rate.
DEPOSIT to RESERVE BOOKING: A $125 city / $150 rural hourly rate deposit (non-refundable) to guarantee your booking. Payment of the balance must be made at the event prior to booking start time - NO EXCEPTIONS.
NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS: Ask about our special donor rates for registered non-profit organization.
PAY ONLINE: Although we accept cheques, you may pay online through PayPal. Ask us for details.
APPLICABLE TAXES
Manitoba: 7% R.S.T. (Manitoba Retail Sales Tax) and 5% G.S.T. (Goods and Services Tax).
Nova Scotia, New Brunswick, Newfoundland and Labrador: 13% Harmonized Sales Tax.
All other Canadian Provinces: 5% G.S.T.
USA: except from Canadian taxes.
Foreign: except from Canadian taxes.
